Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the website and services of Circuit Source Ltd, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Services

Circuit Source Ltd provides custom cable assemblies, power supplies, PDUs, modular wiring systems, and project management services. All services are provided on an as-is basis. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.

Quotations & Orders

All quotations provided by Circuit Source are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise specified. Quotations are non-binding estimates and are subject to acceptance of a formal order.

Acceptance of an order constitutes agreement to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to reject any order or request modifications to meet safety or quality standards.

Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment terms are net 30 days from the date of invoice. Payment should be made to the bank details specified on your invoice. Failure to pay by the due date may result in suspension of services and accrual of late payment interest at the statutory rate.

Delivery

Delivery dates provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Circuit Source is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to supplier delays, transportation issues, or force majeure events.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the products. You are responsible for inspecting products upon receipt and notifying us of any defects within 14 days.

Warranties

Circuit Source warrants that products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery, provided they are used in accordance with specifications and handled correctly.

This warranty is limited to repair or replacement at our discretion. We do not warrant that products will be error-free or meet all requirements for particular applications.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Circuit Source Ltd be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the products or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the products or services giving rise to the claim.

Intellectual Property

All designs, specifications, and custom work created by Circuit Source remain the property of Circuit Source unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without express written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in England and Wales.
